It is an amazing studio, very very clean which I appreciate a lot, with the best host ever! She is kind, helpful and generous! The studio was very spacious, even enough for two people to make yoga inside, equipped with everything that you need for your stay. The location is in the middle of the old Town of Nikiti and the sea. The outside is so beautiful with flowers and grass taken care of, the balcony makes perfect spot for morning coffee! We will be back in the future for sure! Thanks Alexandra for all of your recommendations, we had peaceful stay there!

Everything was perfect during my 4 nights. Anna was the most enjoyable host, she helped with all my requests.
The location is situated in a very chill, nice area. The apartment had several amenities and the place was very spacious.

Everything was truly amazing! We were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the “Twins” both before and throughout our stay. Their hospitality created a cozy, personal atmosphere, and they were always available to assist with anything we needed during our time in Nikiti. It’s an experience that must be felt to truly appreciate their generosity.
Parking right in front of the building was very convenient, and the hill views were absolutely beautiful. The rooms are situated in the charming old town, just a short walk from the local bakery. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, which was the perfect, relaxing start to our day. Thank you!

The location is very good if you plan to travel by car to near beaches, towns and villages. It is far from the seaside for walk from the house to the beach, but this means it is also far from the tourist hordes and noise. You wake up on birds songs and clean air. Still have a sea view.
It is located on the quiet part of Nikiti, but also a lot easy to get in and get out, without losing half an hour in traffic, especially the notorious Nikiti traffic light :)
The hosts, we only saw Alexandra are very helpful, very nice and friendly. Always trying to accommodate fast and best, any issues or questions that may arise. really feeling like "The guests are the Kings".
