Beautiful building and great location, nice large room with modern bathroom.
Self check in was a bit of a faff. Breakfast instructions weren't clear and was at a cafe separate to the accommodation. The breakfast vouchers weren't in the room but when I rang the helpline number it was closed. The shower was also not properly working. Room was noisy as its next to a railway line and would have benefitted from secondary glazing.

It is very clean and spacious this is our third stay.
It is easy to self check in.
The pillows are uncomfortable (I have mentioned this in the past too).
Normally they leave chocolates as a welcome gift but this time there were none left for some reason.
If you are a light sleeper the train line at the back of the hotel will bother you, especially in the morning when trains seem to pass through every two minutes.

Fantastic location.
The hotel operates a self check in service, which is fine, but I personally prefer to check in with people at a reception desk...just my preference.

Old building, warm.
Next to railway, too much vibration and some noise of trains all the night.
No personnel.
Fotos are super, but the reality is older, no parking order in the inner courtyard.
