Our room was lovely. One couple in our party had an incredible view of Levanto and the sea. We especially liked the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the same. We gathered there as a group.

Friendly welcome at Check-in and flexible communication in English & German possible; also by Whatsapp which is really convenient.
Information about the region and how to get around were shared which was really helpful
We do not think it was worth the money.
Rooms are very small. There is not so much flexibility in everything (like check-out window is 1h only, you are reminded of it even though you have the information about it already received twice at that point in time).
If you prefer your room to be cleaned, you must be out at 10AM.
The pictures shown on booking are not that accurate - the ‚rooftop‘ is not to be used by regular bookers.
Not enough parking spots around the area.
Water and coffee is not being refilled once used.
The shower gel/shampoo (2-in-1) has also not being refilled.
