I liked how everything was in order, and nicely cleaned. Beautiful apartment. Enough space for the children to roam about. In total they are very considerate.
I didn't like the last minute change. I couldn't get the room i booked for. That was a shame. No soap to clean hands with or to bath with. No ventilator. Too many stairs.
