Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas, el lugar estaba increíble, las habitaciones, el desayuno, los restaurantes para cenar, tienen unas aguas termales con una vista increíble y la alberca ufff. Las habitaciones son enormes, muy cómodas y de lujo. Además de que el personal, a pesar de no hablar inglés, se esmeran por explicarte todo y darte la mejor experiencia; a mi esposo y a mi nos cambiaron de habitación a una de mejor categoría sin costo. Tienen carritos de golf que te conectan con todo el resort, este ha sido de los mejores hoteles que hemos visitado. Sin duda regresaría una y otra vez.

It was a spacious area with decent facilities!
It’s an old hotel resort complex, don’t be fooled by the photos.
It needs some serious upkeep and renovation.
Tiles from the roof falling off, which is not impressive at all.
Toilet seat that is automatic kept smacking into my back as I was sitting on the toilet.
Very old, but kept in an ok condition in terms of its cleanliness.
For a 5 star international resort line, no/poor English speaking staff, which makes your level of comfort difficult.
