Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Geräumige, blitzblank saubere Wohnung. Das Geschirr ist sauber, Töpfe und Pfannen sind poliert und glänzen. Duschraum und WC sind getrennt. In der Küche gibt es ausreichend Geschirr. Die Kleiderschränke sind groß. Die Wohnungseigentümerin ist eine sehr nette Frau. Da der Stadtstrand kostenpflichtig ist, stellt die Eigentümerin Saisonkarten für den Stadtstrand bereit. Der See ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten über einen Weg durch einen kleinen Wald erreichbar. Drei Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu fuß erreichbar, zwei davon sind an Feiertagen und Wochenenden geöffnet. Außerdem gibt es im Ort drei Fahrradverleihe zu günstigen Preisen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.
