    I hope this feedback is helpful to your staff. This has been my 3rd stay withing 3mos and the hotel’s management should seriously consider investing in a better internet service provider. It should ensure that it can handle the needs of your clients. Having to rely on hotel Wi-Fi is not ideal. However, in today’s world, it’s a necessary option that hotels should make reliably available. But, being the culture that has a stereotype of tight money management, I doubt it will!
