This beautiful, ground floor, 1000 square foot unit lets you enjoy the large covered tiled lanai where you may watch the golfers go by or just sit and relax. You will be able to take pleasure in the beautifully maintained nearby flora.
Take the stairs down to this beautiful condo to the ground floor, OR enjoy the convenience of being able to walk right down the breezeway next to the condo!

Directions and access to condo was very good.
Condo had plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Very comfortable place to stay. View from the patio is awesome and fun to watch the golfers shank their balls into the trees :) We needed to stay another night and we were accommodated for that - very grateful. Kids loved the pool. A couple of things that should be addressed though. Upon arrival the sink in the master bath still had beard clippings from the previous occupant. The master bath shower door is grimy and needs a good scrubbing. Grout in the shower needs to be cleaned. Starting to turn orange. Upon arrival the A/C remote was missing. Had to wait a few hours for someone to drop it off. The carpet in the living area is reaching the end of its life and should be replaced soon. Kind of shaggy, stained and a big fold by the bar.
Overall a great experience. We would definitely stay there again.

we had a wonderful vacation. everything we needed to cook many of our meals. accomodations were excellent for us. beautiful lanai and beach chairs for our trips to Kua Beach. comfortable bed and linens. 100% recommed and would love to visit again. pool was also perfect setting. grill on the lanai and perfect place for meals at night and breakfast in the am

Great unit. Clean. Well appointed. Spectacular sunsets from lanai. Private BBQ which was very convenient. About 25 min drive to/from airport. About 5-10 min drive to waterfront shops.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a great stay. Great location, close to Kona which is where we wanted to be, and had a great view. Condo was very clean with lots of room. Our only negative was the issue with the master bathroom hot water, but Knutson & Associates sent someone out right away and kept us updated on the repairs. It wasn’t resolved while we were there but we figured out how to get hot water (no one could run any water at all while someone was in the master shower). Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay again in the future.
