REMODELED + EV Charger. 2 Killdeer Lane is located just a short 3 minute walk from the SHARC and The Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, day spas, and fitness center. This modern and cozy, 1200 square foot home has central A/C, hot tub, bikes, BBQ, wifi and comfortable patio furniture. Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, are recently updated.
The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new King Bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV and wi-fi streaming BluRay player. The living room has a High Definition TV for watching your favorite sports team.
The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you 'get by' if you forget your own supply. To simplify your packing there is a portable crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair. A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 adult bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.
Rental of our home includes "Unlimited-use" SHARC Passes for 6 guests and this home also has A/C.
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
