This fabulous home is located on 2 acres with a paved path to the gentle shoreline at water’s edge that is perfect for swimming and water fun. The easy slope into the crystal clear water is superb for adults and children of all ages. The boat launch is approximately one mile away, less than a 5 minute drive (currently all boat ramps are closed due to low lake levels). This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 minutes to Schlitterbahn Water Park, the historic city of Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Gruene Hall.

The 2 story home offers 2450 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and beds for 10. The large master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a King size bed and private master bath. A second master bedroom upstairs has a Queen size pillow top bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen size pillow top bed, a twin pillow top, with a full bath close by. The 4th bedroom has a Queen size bed and Twin. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high quality linens.

Spectacular lake views can be enjoyed from both the living area as well as from the fully equipped open concept kitchen area. The house also has indoor/outdoor surround sound with Bluetooth capability. Enjoy the music, spectacular sunsets, and comfortable patio furniture while grilling on the large covered deck. Gather around the firepit and soak in the views!

This perfect vacation home is not only located right on the lake, but has a pool table, gazebo, and so much more to add to your vacation fun! Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5 vehicles and one boat at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
