2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper and Twin sofa sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
This spacious 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right in the heart of New Braunfels. With Schlitterbahn right across the street and the Comal River right out your back door with direct river access, this is the perfect vacation spot. This open living concept has a roomy living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedrooms has a Queen size bed, private bath and a smart TV, the secondo bedroom also has a queen bed, smart TV and guest bathroom across the hall. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sofa sleeper too for additional guests. The living room has a smart TV with YouTube TV and free Wi-Fi. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Come and relax for a weekend or a full week at this wonderful river condo.
Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half miles away.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $1700 per month.

We rented two side by side condos to accommodate my family to celebrate my oldest daughter's high school graduation. Everything was as described and very comfortable. The location is the best because you can float from the condo to the last public exit in about 45 minutes with about an 8 minute walk back to the condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. Some things that I didn't like: 1) the pool was pretty small for the number of was crowded with only 6 people in it. 2) There was only one place to get into the river from the property and people tended to congregate there so it made it difficult to get in and out. 3) the river current is strong there which made swimming and enjoying the river difficult (with there only being one access point from the property) I think 2 access points at opposite ends of the property would have made it easier to get in float a little ways enjoy the river and then get out at the downstream access. 4) The beds at this location felt as if they were 20 years old or more....very worn and a bit uncomfortable.
What I did like about this property:
1) Elevator 2) This unit has a keyless entry so no key to keep track of 3) Great location (we could walk to Schlitterbahn and Pat's restaurant) 4) Roomy and relatively quiet (AC was a bit loud tho) 5) Nice balcony (this unit doesn't overlook the river)
Overall, I probably won't stay at this property again since swimming in the river and pool is one of the major attractions we go for. I would recommend this property for families that just need a nice comfortable place to stay while they enjoy other activities in New Braunfels. We went to Schlitterbahn but ended up driving since we had a few things to carry (you *could* walk there but it would have been hot and uncomfortable), we also rented tubes from Landa Falls and floated the river and what was nice was we could exit the river at our property and eat lunch and use the bathroom, then get back in and complete the float, we did the float twice which pretty much took the entire day.
