I absolutely loved my stay at Eden Crest cabins. This is my second time renting with them and I can say that I have not been disappointed. The cabins are just as breathtaking as the pictures advertise and include all the amenities and comforts you'll need during your stay in the mountains. They have a great location that isn't too steep up a mountain and the craftsmanship of these homes are spectacular. My guests and I thoroughly enjoy the game equipment that comes with these rentals, you won't ever have to leave your rental with all the entertainment you'll have indoors. Our view was amazing and the lot was still very private with enough space between neighbors. You can tell that all of their guests enjoy themselves and you can meet others in this resort to socialize with as well. Furthermore, our cabin was clean and bedding was super comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and the whole cabin was impeccably decorated. My career is in home building and design industry and I can say that Eden Crest surpasses any other cabin I've rented with when it came to quality, design, and craftsmanship. My only not so positive points was that we did not have our own internet network connected and no one came out to fix it and it would be nice if the bathrooms included either little bar hand soaps as we did not anticipate each bedroom having to buy their own. Otherwise this cabin was literally "Picture Perfect". I will continue to rent with Eden Crest and recommend to others to rent with them you will be glad you did.

the property was pretty much as described the only problems we had was bugs or roaches around kitchen sink {exterminator did come out the same day I called and sprayed but we did see a few even after] the recliners downstairs in movie room did not work and finally tv in upstairs bedroom didn't work your maintenance man did come and tried to fix tv but overall the unit was very nice with great views

The cabin was in a great location with a great view!! The cabin was smaller than the pictures showed and parking area was small. The microwave, hot tub, fireplace in living room, wall outlets in kitchen did not work on arrival. Company sent a repairman out right away. he was able to get the fireplace, hot tub and a couple of outlets in kitchen working that night. The grill did not work either but we fixed that myself. Did not get to use the microwave till the next night. Brought an extension cord to plug into a wall outlet. still no plugs working in kitchen. repairman said they would have to tear the wall out to find the problem. rained Saturday evening an had bad leak in master bedroom by the sleeper sofa. With all the problems we still had a good time, just had to work around things. The game room was great and used a lot. kitchen was laid out nice with plenty of room I understand things happen just a lot of problems this stay.

the entry code was not texted to me as promised. we received it 20 minutes late after we called. my number was entered with one less digit. also the alarm went off and it took many phone calls to get it turned off. another mistake of the staff.
