We planned a multi-generational vacation and this house met all our needs. Everyone had enough space. The beds are cozy and the house was decorated nicely. It was clean in all the right places but some missed things like water bottles under beds, socks in drawers... The staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs!! Our crew had a sick family member and rhe staff was able to get us checked-in early so they could rest. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our family Christmas with the kids and grandkids. The bed situation was great and fit all 22 of us. Beds were super comfortable and it had plenty of gathering areas indoors and out. The only thing bad was there was no mop to clean up spills and only 4 garbage bags. We had a big group and definitely needed more. Also no spices or oil etc in the cupboards so we had to buy every little thing.

Our new favorite VRBO rental! Super clean and enough space for everybody. The kids loved the bunk room and, of course, the swimming pool right across the street. A great stay for our trip to Bryce and Zion!

This house had everything you need for a large family gathering and the location was perfect. The house was well-equipped spacious, the rooms large and comfortable and a lot of bathrooms! The amenities and furnishings were new and furniture comfortable. The kids enjoyed going right across the street to use the pool and hot tub. The upstairs dec was such a lovely place to gather in the evenings. We highly recommend this townhome!!
