2 Landrise Pet-Friendly Home with Bikes to Use
This home has recently been updated and has wonderfully remodeled baths and kitchen, Wii, foosball table, a hot tub, & is perfectly located close to 'everything'. 2 Landrise Lane is located just a .25 mile (three minute walk) from the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) & includes unlimited use passes. The Village Mall is just beyond the SHARC (.5+/- walk from the home) where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants and day spa. Meadows Golf Course and Woodlands Golf Course are located on either side of the home.
The home is 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 2 remodeled luxury baths. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom are downstairs. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, plus a loft are upstairs. One of the bedrooms on each level has a King Bed and direct access to the bathroom for that floor, making it an ideal "master" bedroom. The bathrooms both also have access from the hallway to allow for use by the other bedroom on that level. There are 2 small "full size" futons in the loft along with a Wii gaming system. There is also a foosball table in the garage. The living room has a TV & DVD player with streaming capabilities, and double sided wood burning fireplace. There are USB plugs in the home for easy charging of your electronics.
To simplify your packing we have included a portable crib and booster seat that attaches to a chair.
A new private hot tub, with lighting along the hot tub enclosure give ambiance when it is dark, and a large deck with BBQ and patio furniture, allow you to relax & enjoy the outdoors.
2 Landrise as a single car garage with 6 adult bikes, 2 child bikes, 2-child bike trailer, and foosball table.
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.
