One of our Sunriver vacation rentals located on "the island", 1 Colonial Lane sits primely right between the 11th and 12th holes of Meadows Golf Course. The home comes with 5 master suites (4 king master suites and 1 bunk suite) and all of the amenities expected in a well appointed home.
This beautiful home is paradise for a golf group or family vacation. 1 Colonial has a combination of perfect group gathering spaces, inside or out, and then room to retreat to your own private suite.
1 Colonial is located just a short 3 minute walk to the Sunriver Village and SHARC, with close proximity to the Sunriver bike paths.
The home is 2-story. The kitchen, dining area, living room and 3 king suites, plus an additional full hall bath, are all located on the main level. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a king suite and the other is a bunk suite with 2 sets of twin bunks and a private bath.
The back deck overlooks the home's grassy lawn. Enjoy the great view with a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or just relax in the sparkling hot tub.
1 Colonial has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the kitchen tools that you will need to prepare your group's meals.
The home has an attached garage for comfortable parking and unloading in the winter or summer. In the garage there are bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver..
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.
