House was clean, perfect size for us! View was awesome, location the best! Quiet part of beach and the beach combing excellent! A 10” fully intact welk rose quartz and topaz quartz found just in front of house. Master bed—- vey, very FIRM, but we travel a lot and had our 3”tempurpedic mattress topper so all was well! Kitchen was ok.... cooking pans could be updated, but no biggie. It was very cold two days, discovered hot water heater is in attic so water for showers was lukewarm... again no biggie! The views and location took care of any minor issues! Cell reception was fantastic! Outdated TVs.... but no problem for us! We watch news and we had our own devices for that! We are planning to rent again in Feb/March!

We couldn't have hand picked a better beach house. The view from the deck was amazing. There was a breeze every evening we were there. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable. The house was very clean. My wife thought the sofas in the living room could be updated, but other than that, we were completely satisfied and we would definitely rent the same house again

We had a wonderful time! Great location.. first time staying beachfront and I would go back tomorrow if I could! Definitely plan on renting here again in the future!

Planned for relaxing family mini-vacay. Very nice, quiet location. The cabin is the perfect size and design. The only problems we had were maintenance related: On the stairs going up to cabin were several rusty nails sticking up (my son hammered them down)that could have caused a nasty cut. The cabin was picked up however there was hair and dust on the floor and furniture. We had to clean before my kids arrived with the grand babies with only a broom and the cheap sponge mop worn out (we bought a new one and left for the next renters). The sofa/beds are terribly worn out and uncomfortable and should not be listed as a sleeping option. My daughter and her son tried to sleep on them and neither could sleep so only stayed one night. Very disappointing... However, we did have a nice time and it would have been perfect if not for these issues. The cabin is lovely and in a lovely, quiet area of the beach.
