Had three special needs adults with me, so if I had realized this condo was on the 3rd floor, I would not have rented it. We had to wait and go in only at the time we were going to stay in because we could only go up once with our luggage and groceries.
Lighting outside the stairs was not good; stairs are gray and so in the dark it was hard to see.
The condo itself was described as having one king and two queens. Each bedroom had one queen and four bunk beds.
The condo was clean and nice otherwise. The Foosball game room was adjacent but there was no deadbolt on either the door leading from our condo to the game room or from the game room to the outside. The condo is the last one and on a hill and at the time we went it was almost deserted, so we didn't feel safe.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. I did have issues upon my arrival. Our fireplace did not work and I called for someone to fix it. We stayed around our cabin all night (Friday) and noone came. We went to activity center and again I had to call to get a code. I was told that it seemed as the battery in it was dead and we had to wait for a maintenance man to come which would be 30+ minutes. We walked back to cabin and then received a call to try another code. Yes that finally worked. We had a lot of fun. We never was able to find the pool. The 2nd bedroom was missing a remote for the TV as well. On Sunday we tried the activey center again and had the same issue getting in. I also called about our pass to parides however was never able to to reach anyone that works for that company. I did try the app. But always got a error message. When called Eden crest they could not help. It would have been less frustrating without having to call through my whole vacation.
