The room is clean with necessary amenities. The location is great. The property also accommodated my late check-in out of reception hours.
No elevator, so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage.
Cash only - but there are many ATMs within 3 min walk, so it is ok.

Great place right on Kazandzisko Sokace with lovely hosts. Rooms were lovely and charming, toilet was amazing.

Excellent location, right on the main bar/cafe street in Niš. Solid price and convenient check-in/out experience.
We were told that the two rooms were the same but one was significantly bigger. The furniture was old and there were some cobwebs in the room. Old bathroom, too. A little investment could go a long way here.
