Beautiful location near the beach, and as soon as you enter the property, you it's catches you eye. Really open space for toddler to walk freely. Overall Beautiful property, we enjoyed our stay.

The property had 3 parking spaces which was great as our family group came in 3 cars. A great location for a short walk to the beach at Alum Chine and 25 minutes along the promenade to central Bournemouth. The house was warm, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge. Communication with the letting agents was good.
The shower in one of the bedrooms leaked onto the bathroom floor, the plug was blocked and sealant damaged. There was no light working in the porch which made it difficult to open the lock box in the evening. The lights in the entrance hallway didn’t work and some bulbs in other areas needed replacing.

The house was very clean and tidy and had all mod comms inside.
The hosts asked could they collect something from their garage on the Saturday and we did not realise they would be going in an out of their garage for over 6 hours. As the garden was small (not a problem) but then we could not sit in the garden as the garage was only a few feet away from the garden and they kept walking past into their garage, no privacy at all. The rental for two nights was far too pricey I would say 50% more than it was worth. When I booked this I was not advised that the house was down the side of the building building and it was not very wide at all. At the front of the house they were in the process of renovating the front into I believe flats.
