We really enjoyed staying in Spencer’s Retreat because it gave us everything we needed and more. Lovely comfortable caravan, lovely views, well equipped and great location.
Nothing, thee only slight concern was that there were wasps around inside although we couldn’t see a nest. Please don’t see this as a complaint, it is merely feedback which may be useful for you.

Spacious, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Spencers Retreat has everything you need for a relaxing break with the family (or as a solo holiday maker/couple). Percy wood is a beautiful park with lots to do, and it is close to transport links so days out are easy to organise. The real star of the show is the holiday home it's self! It is beautifully decorated with lots of little finishing touches (the kids thought the spinning armchairs were the best thing ever!) and is it a great spot on the park getting sun on the deck all day and into the evening.
We did get lost trying to follow the site map looking for the dog walking route and restaurant, the park could maybe benefit from more signage.
