The location and the view from the top terrace must be the best in Altea. The house is right in the centre of the old town but when you are there it’s a real haven. The bathrooms were amazing, all marble and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the pool but I’m sure it would be lovely, especially in the heat of summer. Roser was a great host and communication was good and easy. We would love to stay again at some point!

The location is excellent for central Altea. The view from the balcony bedroom (up about 4 flights of stairs with seating for 4 people is perfect and the owner supplied a lovely spread for breakfast. Also there was shower wash and soap in the showers.
There was no outside table which would seat more than 3 (and the Villa was booked for 9). There were no sunbeds and no room round the pool to put them. There was no sun on the pool and no seating in the sun at anytime of the day. There was a single bedroom but it was away from the other bedrooms. was tiny, virtually windowless and the bed suitable only for a very short person. The lounge was dark and there was a permanently unlocked door leading to the owners shop (although it was behind a clothes rail. In the lounge you could hear people chatting in the shop.

Great location in the heart of old Altea on the top of the hill.
Stunning views all round of the town, sea and mountains.
Plenty of room in the house and a really nice little heated pool in the back courtyard.
A great many places to eat and with a lovely atmosphere.
