The apartment's location in Palanga was convenient, and for the price it offered a reasonable amount of space. The area itself was pleasant and easy to get around.
Communication with the host was poor and at times felt threatening in tone — the welcome message included warnings about extra charges and debt collection over minor issues like pet hair. Check-in instructions were never sent proactively; I had to send multiple messages and only received the bank details after already arriving in Palanga. The apartment also needs renovation: loose and wobbly railings on the mezzanine, peeling wallpaper, a non-functional lamp, and a TV streaming service that was advertised but didn't work.
