Montalcino ist ein hübsches, verträumtes und ruhiges Städtchen und die Wohnung perfekt passend. Schade nur, dass es keine Terasse hat, aber auch so ist authentisch und von der Lage perfekt.

Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt, nicht mitten im Geschehen, ruhig, alles easy und fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Host Flavio ist über Whats app gut zu erreichen und er kümmert sich sofort, wenn was gebraucht wird. Er ist Chefkoch in seinem eigenen Restaurant. Traumhafte Lage mit Ausblick mit liebevoll gestaltetem Außenbereich und Garten, perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend fernab von dem Lärm der Stadt.
Es ist ein typisch toskanisches Gebäude aus Stein ohne Dämmung und Heizmöglichkeit. Daher im April/Mai sehr kalt und dunkel.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es waren noch Spuren der Vorgänger zu sehen, Toilette und Waschbecken haben braune Ränder und die Klobürste is nur noch ekelig. Die Handtücher waren muffig, bekamen aber neue bei Nachfrage.
Es war kein Obstkorb da und sowohl Spüli als auch Shampoo waren mit Wasser verdünnt worden.
