We often stay here, while visiting Family and Friends. Always a wonderful stay. Room beautiful, very clean. You are made welcome throughout your stay. Breakfast is great. Best quality tea, coffee and biscuits in your room. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Nice location. Really really friendly staff. They were super helpful and accommodating. They remember your names and it feels like a very personalised service! Lovely cooked breakfast. Nice room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom!
Slightly restricted check in hours but the staff were more than willing to be flexible.

We had an exceptional stay at Viva Guest House. The property was immaculate throughout, with every area maintained to a very high standard. The facilities were excellent and made the stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was superb — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Most of all, the hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help and offer great local recommendations.
