Excellent location. Great base location from which to visit the other villages. So close to train without the noise. The property is exactly as shown on line. No coffee maker (other than french press) but a wonderful coffee place right downstairs. Perfect!! Loved our stay. So perfect to have three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Dining room perfect for card games with family. The staff was fabulous and friendly and got us checked in quickly. The place was spotless.
The beds were uncomfortable but maybe that is an Italy thing? Mattresses a bit thin. But still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, close to beaches, cafes, and shops. Spacious unit able to accommodate a large family. Very close to train station.
Would have been nice to have air conditioning.

The property is in a very good location just by the beach and a few steps from the train station. Anna who serves the breakfast is a very nice lady. The room we stayed in was very large like a studio so 3 people could comfortable stay there. Also, it was very clean.
The room was not as advertised and did not have a balcony as it was told in the ad. A balcony is essential for us to have our coffee after the beach, eat our dinners, drink wine with the sea view, etc. So it was a big blow when we realised the room actually did not have a balcony and we were stuck between four walls. It did have a sea view but that was visible only through one single narrow window which is high so you would need to stand in front of it to be able to enjoy the nice view. So it's not worth the extra money for a view that you end up with not seeing much. If we were given the correct information, we would not book this room especially not at 200 euros per night. We found another accommodation on the same road about 50metres away which offered rooms with sea view AND balcony at about 140euros per night. Also, the rooms are very basic with very old shower and mattress and the breakfast is very basic as well, served in a closed room not in an open air space. All in all, we ended up overpaying a four star hotel price. As giving misinformation about the rooms is fraudulent, we contacted booking.com customer service and they negotiated a compensation for us. Hopefully the property owner was not trying to cheat, there was just an honest mistake. However he has not corrected the ad yet and we raised this with booking.com. Apart from that, the owner was very responsive in sorting out all other small issues like check in and switching on the ventilator. If the price was adjusted down to reflect the above, this accommodation would deserve a nice rating like 8 in my opinion as it is very well located, clean and comfortable. The only issue is the misalignment between price and room standard.
