I had a really good stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to explore Venice on foot and access transport links. It was well-maintained and had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. Everything I needed was available, the check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was clear, efficient, and helpful.
Some areas could use minor updates or better maintenance. A bit more attention to detail (like extra toiletries) would improve the overall experience.

So beautiful and comfortable, has everything you need thanks to all the facilities. It’s all clean and the apartment is so spacious and very well located. The girl is so kind as well. It was just perfect. The better choice we could choose.

the girl who met us was very nice, she gave us a selection of restaurants nearby, a transport schedule, a Wi-Fi password
she did not say the most important thing - that the address indicated in the booking absolutely does not match the real one !!! we returned home at night and searched for our real address for a long time! this is a base.
The place is far from the stop, there is no taxi, so you have to walk and carry heavy bags.
Free check-in from 14:00 to 18:00. It is very strange. they could come up with automatic check-in without a helper instead of charging extra money for it
