Pool area was lovely. Room was lovely and very friendly helpful staff.

The accommodation is really nice, the only thing missing in the kitchen is water kettle for some tea.
There was no water kettle in the room. At night I would like it if only the people staying at the place can enter the property.

Further for what we didnt like:
They were served from 8.00 and this meant that the whole hotel had an alarm clock with the first breakfast - the movement of the chairs on the balcony was a horrible sound and woke us up every morning... The breakfast was a poor selection that did not suit us, different names that we did not understand - there were no pictures of the food . No vegetables to choose from, max 2 small tomatoes were like vegetables. The sweet pancakes were not good at all. And the worst thing was that they had to be ordered a day in advance. Once we ordered at 8:00 a.m. and they woke us up with them, and once at 9:00 a.m. and we were up for an hour waiting for them. This is very bad on vacation, when you need to think about what time you get up and don't worry about setting an alarm clock for breakfast. A very unfortunate solution. The cleaning was poorer - once we didn't take out the trash, once when entering the shower we discovered that they didn't give us clean towels and a mat on the floor, so we had to go to the reception.
What we liked:
The pool was great, the sunbeds by it very comfortable, the children's playground great except for the broken plastic house... The towels were also available for the beach and always clean. The parking right next to the hotel was also great.
In the bar, the prices for drinks were extremely high, 12€ each and 8€ without alcohol... The food also had high prices.
The price for accommodation is too high for what it offers. We were accommodated in a suite with a balcony. The suite is extremely small. We were 2 adults and two small children and we couldn't even move there. We absolutely did not understand where we were supposed to put our things! There was one cabinet and two drawers for 4 people... If we had two large suitcases, we have nowhere to put them. Two TVs were completely unnecessary equipment. The kitchen had no equipment - no bowls, no plates or knife. When you open the door, you are a step away from the bed, which is probably in the former living room and was very uncomfortable. There was one big window that didn't have a curtain, so there was light from the corridor all evening and our children couldn't sleep. Besides, every step in the corridor outside could be heard there. The air conditioner was also very noisy and could not be turned on at night. You could hear the water pipes when someone next door was showering or using the toilet... The bathroom was extremely small, when someone sat down on the toilet the door could not even be closed properly. The drawer could not be used because it was broken... You could barely turn around there. After checking in, we immediately went to the reception to ask that the space was too small for us and if they had a bigger room. The gentleman was not very nice and he told us he will let us know. I asked the next day as well, and after that no one even bothered about us. It was fine, but definitely not for the money! It would have to be half the price. And the worst thing about this accommodation was the breakfast. No one informed us that breakfast is served to the room. We would never agree with that. It would be good to inform the guests about this. Inside the suite there was no place to sit, no table or chairs. You could only have breakfast on the balcony.
