A separate bedroom with a blind makes a better sleeping experience
Exterior air conditioning unit makes a lot of noise and the guests next door used it at night. Some vibration isolation solution should be installed
WiFi was not working. English-speaking relative offered help but that required me to be in the apartment to fix it when both he and the owner would be available.
Check in procedure was not explained beforehand. I could have checked in before and make a better use of my time had I known the owner lives there.

Posizione, disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff - non esperto in Inglese, ma di buona volontà - dimensioni alloggio, possibilità
di parcheggio. Eravamo a piano rialzato, tutto sommato comodo, data l'assenza di ascensore.
Uno dei letti aveva materasso molto duro.
Si sentono chiaramente i rumori provenienti dagli altri appartamenti e dall'esterno.

It was clean, but for sure not worth the money, no wifi during the night
Location is very hard to go by car, small streets and very steep mountain. Furniture is very old and uncomfortable to dleep. Beach near is only beton shore.
