Good value for money, good location – you can walk to the city centre. It's more of a hassle if you're travelling by car – it's a restricted traffic zone and you have to park in designated areas, although the property is on the edge of this zone. A plus for the tiny roof terrace with a jacuzzi, although we didn't use it (not the right time of year).
the kitchen could be equipped with some additional items, such as deep plates, besides, it's okay.

Very clean the bed was large and very comfortable
The vorkscrew was broken.

It was clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom also clean and had no issues while using it.
In the shower, there were 3 dozers even labelled for Shower, Shampoo and Conditioner: all 3 empty. Better take them out entirely, than leaving them empty.
