Breakfast: excellent and more than excellent! Pools are clean. We had free sunbeds at the beach. Stuff is very pleasant and helpful. There are a lot of flowers all around the hotel.
Kettle on/off button didn't work. WC door were damaged by the water. Our room was next to the construction site, so there were noise even early morning.

Everything was just top service from start to finish. The room was lovely with a nice balcony and comfy beds. Lovely amenities within the room and waters in the fridge already. The sunbeds were so comfy and using hotel pool towels made life easier as you can exchange every few days for fresh ones. Loved that there were multiple pools including an adult only one. Also some of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Great selection of food, always topping up and lovely views of the beach etc. We also had some drinks in the hotel bar and had some amazing cocktails whilst by entertained by Greek dancing. Finally, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout which truly made the experience a 10/10 trip for us.

Very nice breakfast with lots of choice, very clean, lovely bookable restaurant. Lots of pools to choose from and in a location close to loads of restaurants. Spa was lovely and bar service was quick and friendly.
On arrival we were offered a room like a dungeon with no windows (having paid for an apartment with a pool or garden view) but were also offered to be shown an upgraded room (before mentioning the first room) that was in the sister hotel over the road. Sister hotel was not as well maintained (tiles fallen off the wall in the pool and left at the bottom and lots of algae around the pool tiles) and didn’t have as nice facilities and was extremely busy and noisy. When we discovered this we asked to move rooms and move back to the hotel we originally booked and they tried to put us off saying they had nothing. When we pushed we were shown a room (albeit the garden view was of a hedge) that we settled for but the staff weren’t very polite about it (reception specifically all others were very helpful and polite). On checkout another couple were complaining they hadn’t been assigned a room like what they had expected based on booking and were asking to move and another group were being shown alternative rooms over the road. All very confusing and a strange start to what we assumed would be a pre allocated room. Hotel guests were extremely noisy (not the hotels fault) but walls are very thin and you hear everything from rooms above and next door. Had to pay for sunbeds on the beach even though they’re allocated to the hotel €15 a day regardless of how long you spend there.
