Great location, very helpful and responsive staff, clean beautiful rooms

Location is perfect. Although right in front of the duomo, yet very quiet inside if the windows are kept closed. Unhindered duomo view from the window

The lift was working on and off. Property being located on the 4th floor , it may be a challenge to get your luggage up.

We were in the La Scala Suite, and you cannot beat the location! To wake up and go to bed with a direct view of the Cathedral was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with generous spacing for clothes. Despite being in a busy area next to the Cathedral and the Galleria, with the window closed, you couldn’t hear the crowds. Cannot beat the location with a Metro stop just outside the building, along with a taxi stand. Easy access to anywhere you want to go, but also walking distance to many sites and attractions. Management was wonderful with communication and quick to respond with a note about a slow draining shower. Little personal touches such as welcome cookies and chocolates and free postcards were thoughtful and appreciated. There is even a nicely decorated shared common area where one can sit and relax. Loved our stay here and would absolutely return.

What a magical stay at Amabilia suite 103 during the Olympic Games! I read every single negative review beforehand and almost all seemed nitpicky and unfair. I can now confirm the staff and property deserve 10/10 in every way. I would absolutely book this property again if I am back in Milan. Staff were communicative and helpful at every turn. When my arriving flight was delayed, they arranged for the keys to be at another nearby property since I'd be arriving after their normal cutoff time for check-in. After check-out, I was able to leave my bags at this same property around the corner. The view is so much better than a photo can capture, truly magical. Everything about the room was superb.

The ONLY thing from the small number of negative reviews that might be a concern is the overnight noise from a nearby rooftop club. It is quite loud until sometime between 3 and 4am and light sleepers may not appreciate it. However, there is nothing the staff or owner can do about this and the reviews make it clear this is a known issue to consider before booking this property. I thought it might bother me but I ended up falling asleep without issue each night. I am sure closing the shutters and curtains would help a little but I wanted to wake up to the amazing view of Duomo each morning so I left them open.
