The accommodation corresponded to its price. It was cheap, so don’t expect it to be 5* hotel, but more like dormitory. Room size was okay, bed was comfortable, we even got towels and shower gels. I appreciate check-out till 11:30 AM.
Facility managers were always online, so the check in process was super smooth, even though it was quite complicated - there were several steps you had to do.
The kitchen was fully equipped, only thing I missed were bowls. There were only plates, cups etc.
And don’t be surprised about cameras in the main hall. I see it as a benefit - if something happens, it is on record.
It is far from centre in older residential area. The building itself looks like from 90s, there are lifts for only one person.
The accomodation is not in the best shape - old doors, floor, broken toilet seat.
And in our room there was only AC with that thick tube sticking out the window, so you couldn’t close it if the AC was on.

The staff was very friendly and we felt very good all the Time. We were surprised about the rooms. As we have paid only 50 and 56€/ Night (2 Persons, 2 Nights) we didnt expect a lot. But we had a comfy room and even a kitchen to use!
It takes you 5 minutes to the next railstation (L1) and from there you can reach within 15 more minutes the main station or beach.
Overall you get a very friendly and a affordable place to sleep in Nice. We would visit again!

It was cheap and there was own minifridge in the room.
Appartment was not new, it was from 1970 and unrenovated. "Air conditioning" was tube out of OPEN window so the room was hot in the heatwave. No curtains so it was toi bricht to sleep properly. No shower holder and the was not warm water coming at all from shower. Frying pan was scrached and everything got stick to it. Appartment was upphil, so coming from the tram station with heavy luggage was a pain.
