Size of the room, cleanliness, balcony and location. Plus the efficiency of the hosts. Booklet left for guests with tons of information on where to eat, go and see. Oh, and plus there was a coat rack in the room.

Very well located in the center of town just across from the best wine bar in the area.
There were some confusing directions for locating the apartment, although it’s actually quite well located right in the center of town near a public free car park.
