Logement spacieux, proche de la mer et au calme. Belle maison : l’appartement avec terrasse donne sur un jardin méditerranéen très bien entretenu.
Équipement médiocre et un peu vieillot. Petit déjeuner léger pour un b&b (biscottes, confiture, biscuits et brique de lait).

Die Lage und die Terrasse an dem Haus sind Top. Wir konnten von hier zu Tagestouren aufbrechen.
Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 200m entfernt, gibt einige Lokale in der Nähe wo man essen kann
Frühstück, fanden wir nicht so toll, aber vielleicht in Italien normal.

La surface, terrasse, climatisation dans la salle principale
Équipement juste pour la cuisine.
Mais surtout beaucoup de bruit aux alentours, très tard… une heure du matin. Musique très forte

On a positive note, the water pressure is excellent so is the living room air con. The porch area is large with several sun loungers.
MISLEADING - Definitely not returning
Firstly, to call it a B&B is incorrect and misleading. Breakfast consists of a few industrialised biscuits and croissants, supermarket bought. To call this an Italian breakfast is an insult. One needs to rush to the supermarket upon arrival. Two very small toilet rolls and two rubbish bags were provided to cover 5 days with 2 adults. There is salt in abundance in the kitchen cupboard though. No beach towels were provided, despite Giuseppe saying they would be bought for us. No extra bedding or bed spreads were provided. Surprisingly the air-con in the living room reaches the bedrooms so were actually cold during our first night. Only a few hangers in the wardrobe. The kitchen is small but functional, however the crockery needs to be improved. Only 3 knives, so a family of 4 (not our case) would need to share knives. Forget scrambled eggs for breakfast, unless you want to spend 15 mins cleaning the non-anti-stick pans. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable and definitely needs a freshen up. The shower room needs a good scrub and fixing (hand shower). The hair dryer turns off after a couple of minutes. Specchiolla itself is uninteresting and one needs to walk around 18 minutes to reach a decent beach. Sorry, I will not return.
