The apartment was clean, tidy, had everything I needed. Had lots of interaction with the owner before and during my stay. Close to beach and wAlks, amenities on site good, although I didn't use any this visit, great location would definitely come back again 10 out of 10

Location was ok, a lovely beach to walk into Filey. I guess being at the start of the season you could expect some facilities to be closed but that didn't really bother us. On site pub a little expensive for what it was.
The apartment was quite rough around the edges. WiFi did not work on arrival, but was sorted. Insufficient glasses and a bit of a cutlery mish mash. Decor tired, it's in need of painting and a cosmetic face-lift. Under the sofa bed was appalling. Food and rubbish left uncleaned. Perhaps not the owners day to day responsibility, but if you rely on your cleaners to do a thorough job, they aren't. Bin lid was broken on arrival. Not one we would revisit. I have a video but can't post it.
