L'endroit est sauvage et parfaitement situé si l'on veut profiter du spot de windsurf/kitesurf de Prasonisi. (Spot à 10 minutes)
L'appartement est grand et tranquille. Une grande chambre un salon cuisine et une terrasse avec un jardin intérieur. La climatisation fonctionne bien.
On peut se faire a manger, le frigo et la kitchenette fonctionnent.
La terrasse est très agréable le soir mais impraticable durant la journée à cause de la chaleur.
Le parking est très grand et facile d'accès.
La propreté intérieure est douteuse. Quelques insectes se promènent.
L' extérieur est sale. Il y avait deux sacs poubelles sur notre terrasse et le jardin pourrait être mieux entretenu.
La fourniture de serviettes, draps propres, papier toilette, savons et sacs poubelle n'est effectué qu'à l'arrivée.
Des chiens dans le voisinage aboient souvent la nuit.

Dietro c’è una storia incredibile! Un villaggio costruito durante l’occupazione italiana del periodo fascista. Lo stanno restaurando e riportando a nuova vita. Viene voglia di tornarci… domani!! La posizione è eccellente. Vicino a Kattavia (ci sono delle ottime opportunità per assaggiare ottimo cibo greco) e spiagge come Prasonisi. Si può scegliere di affrontare le “selvagge” spiagge della parte sud occidentale dell’isola o qualcosa di più “turisticamente attrezzato” ad est.

Qualche piccola (o grande, a seconda dei gusti) carenza nella pulizia delle camere. Per inseguire un animaletto (poco grave secondo me, gravissimo secondo una delle mie accompagnatrice) abbiamo spostato i letti e, sotto, c’erano rimasugli di precedenti clienti.

Near the surfing spot Prasonisi.
Old buliding, build in 1930er years, renovated many years ago. Musty smell in the room and from the aircon. Cold shower, equipment very old. No good value for the price. You get much more beautiful, comfortable and bigger apartments in the next village (Gennadi) for same/better price.
