Good value for money, location is pretty good, parking is free but it can be a problem for sportier(lower) cars. It was clean and comfy.
The breakfast was offered at another restaurant which was a bit far for walking (but it was a good breakfast). And our room was very close to reception so it was noisy.

I CANNOT SAY 1 BAD WORD ABOUT THE PLACE EVERYTHING WAS GREAT THE APPT WAS NEW ALL FACILITIES WHAT YOU NEED,10 MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH RESTAURANTS,BARS,SOUVENIR SHOPS.CANT MISS SAYING THAT THE HOST ZIKOS HELPED US IN ANY QUESTION AND DIRECTION.1 THING TO ADD POLYCHRON IS THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN.

The location was perfect. The room was big.
It was definitely not clean enough. The bathroom was not touched during our 1 week stay. There was no mop to clean the bathroom floor and no ventilator either. In the kitchen there was no sponge and washing gel for the dishes.
