Die Lage der Wohnung, sie war bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig etwas dezentral von Westerland, 5 Minuten zum Strand, die City fussläufig zu erreichen. Direkt am Haus ist ein Parkplatz, in der ruhigen Straße gibt es aber auch Möglichkeiten, sehr dicht zu parken. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und Verdunkelungen an den Fenstern.
Ein Backofen wäre ganz schön und die Balkontür ist schwergängig, sonst alles prima.

Gute ruhige Lage, sehr geräumige Wohnung
Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller, was in der Objektbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Durch die Kellerlage feucht muffige Atmosphäre. Überalterte Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Für Gehbehinderte ungeeignet
