With 5 spacious bedrooms, three separate living areas perfect for entertaining, and a fenced-in backyard oasis (featuring a sparkling swimming pool and hot tub), you'll never want to your getaway to end!
This stunning home is just 2 minutes (.7 miles) away from Emerald Point Marina and Just For Fun (pontoons and party barges). Lake Travis Marina is just 5 minutes away.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The covered patio provides a stunning view of the sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, and fenced-in private yard. Fans provide a cool breeze over the outdoor dining table in the Texas summer and plush outdoor seating is perfect for soaking up the sun or sitting out under the stars! An outdoor ping pong table is available in the garage.
* The pool can be heated for $200/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool. The hot tub can be heated for $5/hour. We provide 4 hours of complimentary hot tub heating per day.
THE HOUSE
The open concept living areas and kitchen are perfect for groups of family, friends, or business travelers. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. This home offers plenty of seating for you to gather in one of three living areas, for a meal in the kitchen or formal dining room, or out on the patio to enjoy the Texas weather. The kitchen island offers seating for 9 while the formal dining room can accommodate up to 12.
Enjoy 2 private bedrooms, each fitted with a California King bed, along with 3 "bunk rooms." Also enjoy 3 separate living areas in this luxury vacation rental home! The media room upstairs features a 75" TV, pool table, and shuffleboard table. A Bluetooth Speaker and poker chips are available in the butler's pantry.
All TVs are set up with YouTubeTV (cable), Disney, and Netflix.

We were in town for a family wedding at the Vintage Villas and the location was perfect. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of extended family that ranged from 17 to 84 years old. The large open kitchen/living was a plus. The day after the wedding we hosted brunch for the families of the bride and groom and had everything we needed to pull together a beautiful spread. Thank you for the memories!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and kept exceptionally well. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and the pool multiple times during our stay.

This property is amazing. Not only was there enough room for us 10 adults and 8 preteens/teenagers, but there were so many amenities to keep everyone busy and enjoying each other’s company. Shuffleboard matchups, Texas Hold Em tournaments, and evening movies would cap off an already busy day of non-stop swimming, ping pong playing, and outdoor grilling. The kitchen had every imaginable utensil you needed for our breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparations, and plenty of plates/cups/silverware to have an enjoyable meal. Cleanup was a breeze with two dishwashers ready to handle the workload of cleaning up. Great stay.
