About this villa rental
Gracious villa located in the popular Calhoun Street Promenade in Historic Bluffton. The Promenade offers boutique shopping, both 5 star and casual dining, a wine bar, a coffee shop, and close proximity to Calhoun Street and the May River. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and the living room boasts sunny views of the area.
A 15 minute drive takes you to Hilton Head Island with its beautiful beaches. Owners and manager are located nearby for any questions or assistance. Easy keypad entrance for no contact check-in.
Guest access - Guests will have villa 301 located on the third floor of our building. There are 2 sets of stairs, sorry, no elevator in the building.
This property has a Town of Bluffton Business License and a Short Term Rental License.

We came here for the weekend and loved the location. We were in the middle of downtown and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi is horrible so don’t depend on it. The mattress is super soft but fine for the weekend. Bring your own pillow the pillows are very flat.

We loved the location of our stay! Bed was comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen looked like it had lots of the necessities. The closet is large but could use more hangers and drawers so we did not have to live out of suitcases for the week. Definitely could have had the wifi password displayed in the condo. We arrived late and could not use our computers until a message was sent to the owner. It was remedied by the morning. I do feel that the high touch areas could use some more cleaning. The place smells like cleaners were just there but floors were a bit sticky. Our socks that were worn in the place were an unsightly gray.
