The pools and Spa were wonderful. We had a massage with Michella which was excellent. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good but we would have liked some additional choices of fruit or vegetables.
Some of the spa area needed maintenance including paint that was chipped and sinks not working. The bed was too hard for my taste but not unusual for Italy.
