About this house rental
Brand New Townhome within walking distance from Downtown Greenville! Located only a few blocks away from Main Street in the West End, you can either walk to everywhere downtown or take a very quick car ride. Built in 2021, everything is brand new including furniture and appliances. We have a great living area, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry. This place has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The first floor features a beautiful open concept with a living area, dining, and full kitchen. Living area has a comfy sectional couch that pulls out to a queen size bed, and it overlooks a 55 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen and dining area contain everything you need for prepping and enjoying any meal. Upstairs contains a washer and dryer, and two identical size bedrooms, each with their own queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. This townhome is part of a new Duplex, and has an identical townhome right next-door. There is a nice spacious backyard that is shared with the townhome next door.
Its within walking distance to the main attractions downtown such as; Fluor Field, Gather Greenville, Fall's Park, Liberty Bridge, and Peace Center. Also, within close proximity to St. Francis Hospital. Great location to enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. You can either walk to places downtown or take a very quick car ride. This townhouse has parking space for two cars and it shares a driveway and backyard with the townhome next door. It is nice and private as there are empty lots on both sides of the Duplex.
If you have Pets:
I am a big dog lover myself, and I allow up to 2 well behaved, house-trained dogs.
Dogs are not allowed on the beds, and I prefer them not to be on the couch. If they are on couch, please bring your own blanket for them to lay on to prevent any dirt or damage to the couch.
Please use the backyard when taking your pets out to the bathroom, and I ask that you pickup their waste.

The house is just as pictured. The walk to town (Fluor Field) is about 15 mins. Liked each bedroom having it's own bath. It was a little loud at night just because it's right on the road and near the hospital. My only negatives were not enough seating in the living room, it's tiny so there isn't much room for more. Also, they needed more pans/baking dishes, we were in town for the marathon and planned on cooking our meals. It was a little difficult with only one pan. Lastly, TVs in the bedrooms would've been nice. Since there isn't enough seating in the living room it would've been nice to chill and watch TV somewhere. Overall we would stay here again.

Clean accommodations stocked with amenities to make stay enjoyable. Only critique would be to have more trash bags and a 8x8 or 9x13 pan.

Highly recommend staying here. Place is very nice, brand new, it's clean and really close to downtown Greenville. If you're a walker, close enough to walk. Would stay here again!
