Villa Eris is set on a spacious, tree-filled plot, offering a blend of comfort and practicality. The villa features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area. For recreation, it includes a swimming pool, a ping pong table, football nets, and a basketball hoop, providing plenty of options for fun and relaxation.
Villa Eris is located in Prines, just a 15-minute drive from Rethymno town. The villa sits on 3,500 m2 of land, featuring olive trees and a lawned area. The main veranda offers a seating area with views of the sunset and the surrounding nature. The pool area includes sunbeds, umbrellas, and a barbecue area with seating for 10. The villa itself covers 240 m2 of living space.

Living room includes: a large corner sofa, two poufs, two armchairs, a coffee table, a 42" Smart TV with Satellite, Netflix, and PlayStation 4

House was as stated online. We had everything we needed. Wasmachine, table tennis for the kids, herbs and some start supplies a big plus.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Eris. The house was very clean with more than enough room for 10 adults and it was well equipped with everything you needed. The pool area was the highlight as well as the beautiful views from the balconies.
The villa is less than a 10 minute walk to a few local and friendly Tavernas with excellent, traditional food and another 15 minutes walk to a bigger town with coffee shops, supermarkets and more lovely restaurants. Rethymno is also close by in a taxi.
The owners were very helpful and provided such a great service, making our whole trip stress free. They booked taxis and transfers for us and also organised a wine tour and a boat trip which were just brilliant.
We could not recommend Villa Eris and Etouri holidays more highly! Definitely book this Villa if you can.
