Malgré une période compliquée liée aux travaux, toute l’équipe a été remarquable. Ils ont su nous mettre à l’aise et restent attentifs au bien-être des clients. De jour comme de nuit, l’ensemble du personnel est professionnel, bienveillant et toujours au top. Merci à toute l’équipe !

La petite note négative serait simplement que nous aurions aimé être informés avant la réservation que des travaux étaient en cours dans l’hôtel. Cependant, comme je l’ai expliqué, tout s’est malgré tout très bien déroulé.
Et encore une fois, le personnel est vraiment au top. Malgré cette situation, ils ont su rester professionnels, attentionnés et nous mettre à l’aise.
Je souhaite une bonne continuation à l’établissement et je pense qu’avec le temps, il deviendra un établissement phare du centre de Torremolinos.
