The apartment new and modern. Location in front of the bus station and very nice staff service. There was parking and its close to the train station.

Near to the train station and very helpful and friendly staff who helped to safe keep our luggage for a night while we traveled out for a over night trip. The room was comfortable.

Walking distance from the main train station just 8mins away. The hotel only have 8rooms if not mistaken. The room is spacious with small kitchen. Everything in the room is complete. The bus station is just outside the hotel. The hotel gave complimentary free shuttle bus services around Salzburg. Will come back again.

Villa Elisa was all good, but they required a deposit of 200 euros, which nobody told me about. I was confused. I paid by credit card, and Villa Elisa said the deposit would be returned after check-out. I checked out this morning at 8:30 a.m., but I haven’t received the deposit back yet. When will it be refunded?
