Large kitchen, comfortable bed. Very close to a bus stop and the grocery store, everything in the center of town is within walking distance. The nights are quiet, but the area around is quite lively during the day, with several good restaurants nearby to eat at.
The couch cushions kept slipping off, and the pan in the kitchen was not great to work with as the handle was designed to detach but that makes it very uncomfortable to work with. That's a very minor issue though and not a deal breaker by any means.
