Die Lage ist Nahe zum Zentrum in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Preis ist der Ausstattung gerecht und der kurze Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe war nett und freundlich!

Номер обычный , точно не на долгое время прибывания . Честно говоря за такие деньги можно смело лететь в Турцию или в Египет.

Мы были там 11 дней . Номер не разу ни кто не убирал , за все время поменяли один раз полотенце . Посуда и кухонная утварь с 90-х годов , а самое интересное приборов на 3 человек ))) ( вилки , ложки и т.д.)

The hostess was very lovely and professional. Aside to the refrigerator and the microwave, the room was unexpectedly also equiped with basic cutlery and crockery, liquid hand soap, liquid detergent and a sponge, as well as paper towels and toilet paper. We received clean towels regularly and initially toilet paper too (but that stopped after a while without an explanation). Even though beds had footboards that made it impossible to stretch fully, the matresses and pillows were very comfortable and linen war clean and replaced regularly.

The room itself is very noisy. It is placed directly next to a street that has no pedestrian walkway (so cars are driving directly next to the building) and next to a road crossing with one of the busiest streets in Rovinj. The other side of the room is facing a small terrace. The room description and the photos are hiding the fact that the terrace is shared with other guests who's rooms and apartments are also facing it. This means that you can hear other guests not only while they are out on the terrace, but also while they are inside their rooms even though none of them were doing anything loud. The only option to prevent the noise was to shut the windows (that are very small which makes the room unpleasantly dark in the afternoon) and turn on the air conditioning. While the airconditioning was strong enough to cool the room quickly even on the hottest days, it was not regularly serviced and desinfected, so aside from a terrible smell, it also gave us quite bad respiratory infection.
