De ligging was uitstekend. Gezellig huisje, fijn met opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken die aanwezig waren. Gebruiksvriendelijke keuken.
Wifi werkte niet, kon maar 1 persoon op wifi, viel continu weg. Zithoek buiten is toe aan renovatie. Douche in kleine badkamer, had bijna geen waterdruk bij warm water.

De locatie ligt in een rustige straat en toch vlakbij enkele winkels, tram en wandelmogelijkheden.
Het duurt lang voor er warm water uit de douchekop komt en er mocht wat meer druk op het water zitten. Het plafond van het buitenterras dient hersteld te worden, nu vallen er schilfers af.
