Ein freundlicher, herzlicher Empfang macht viel aus und bricht sofort das Eis. Dies war hier der Fall. Frau Kus erwartete mich bereits vor dem Haus, zeigte und erklärte mir alles und übergab mir die Schlüssel. Ich hatte sogar das Vergnügen ein Zimmerupgrade zu bekommen. Ruhige Lage, viele kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und auch der Bus fährt direkt vor demselben ab. Außerdem war das Appartement sehr sauber.
Lediglich die Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Ich blickte auf ein Gelände mit Wildwuchs.

Die Wohnung war deutlich größer als erwartet. Schöne Küche, gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

the apartment is sometimes called “ the room” on booking which makes it confusing. it is a full apartment with hallway, large bedroom with double bed, and a large kitchen, living and dining room combination with a futon/couch,( not comfortable to sleep on) plus a large bathroom with huge tube/shower combination.
The pictures don’t do it justice , it is much nicer! The building used to be part of the US Barracks in Aschaffenburg, now converted to apartments
there could be manuals for the microwave/oven combo since there is no real oven to bake in. a toaster would make up for it.
a few more small spoons, and towels for a week’s stay, plus a extra blanket would be great. also a hair dryer for guests from abroad.
A longer shower curtain so water doesn’t splash out on the floor when showering would be an improvement.
A few instructions on WiFi, washing room, etc the place would be great too.
there is no bakery in the building as I thought would be Dom the pics, but the sign is still on the building.
