The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was excellent equipped with the appliances basically new. All the dishes waited for us fresh washed in the washdisher machine. The apartment is a few minutes of walk from the towns beach and town center.
We had a minor issue with leaking water in bathroom but I think the owner fixed it after we left. The cleanliness of the floor could be better.

Kitchen is very well equipt (owen, dishwashed and washing machine). Both rooms are quite large, also the balcony. The owner is very friendly.
Slow internet connection. Gas bomb under the sink after closing the compartment hit the drain, consequently it fell off, which we didn't realize right away so we had a minor "flood". Hopefully the situation was taken care of.

great location. great size for our needs.
amenities for the self catering aspect of the apartment were lacking. No Kettle. Only two small pans for the hob. We managed but that could have been made easier.

Nice location. Close to the old town, few minutes walk from nice beaches. We didn't understand the old lady but she looks kind and nice.
The old lady, who lives in downstair she doesn't speak english, so the communication is hard. She promise full equipped kitchen, but some things are missing (salt, sugar, tools). We only met the contact person when we left the apartment. There were lot of musquitos at nights, the owner prepared against it something but didn't work very well
